What is the difference between TPU 65A and TPU 95A?
Shore hardness. TPU 65A is our softest grade (570% elongation, ideal for wearables and soft robotics); TPU 95A is the firmest (near-PLA rigidity with 350% elongation and the highest tensile strength at 52 MPa). Choose hardness based on the required flexibility and load of your part.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Stock colors start from 50 spools per SKU. Custom colors start from 1,000 spools, and custom formulas or hardness grades are quoted per project.

Do you support OEM/ODM and private label?
Yes. We support custom color, custom packaging, custom label, custom formula, custom diameter and custom hardness, with sample confirmation before mass production.
What diameter and tolerance do you offer?
Standard diameter is 1.75 mm with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm, verified by laser gauging under closed-loop control. 3.00 mm is available for custom projects.
Ordering & Logistics
How is the filament packaged?
Each spool is vacuum-sealed with desiccant inside a foil bag, labeled, and packed in export cartons. Net weight 1.00 kg, gross weight approx. 1.20-1.24 kg.
How long is delivery time?
Stock products ship within 3-5 working days after payment. Custom color orders typically ship within 15-25 days after sample confirmation, depending on quantity.
