What we collect
When you send an inquiry or use the contact form we collect: your name, company, country, email address, telephone and WhatsApp number, the product, material, hardness, diameter, colour and quantity you specify, your message, and any file you attach. For security and spam prevention we also record the page you submitted from, your interface language, IP address and browser user-agent.
Why we process it
- To answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract)
- To keep a record of business correspondence (legitimate interest)
- To protect the website against abuse and fraud (legitimate interest)
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Cookies
This site sets a single session cookie, filamentlab_sess. It is required to submit forms securely (CSRF protection) and to remember your language choice. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are retained while the business relationship is active and for as long as applicable commercial and tax law requires. Server and mail logs are rotated on a short cycle.
Who we share it with
Your data is processed by our own systems and by our hosting and email providers, which act as processors on our instructions. We do not pass data to third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; California residents have equivalent rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
