Our Factory

FILAMENT LAB runs dedicated extrusion lines for flexible TPU grades, from polymer drying to final export cartons. Every line is monitored for temperature, pressure and diameter, and every batch is traceable.

Vertical integration means we control the variables that affect your print: resin consistency, humidity control, color repeatability and winding tension.

Production Process

Each stage has defined checkpoints. Nothing moves forward without passing them.

Incoming Polymer

Raw TPU and masterbatch verified against specification before release to production.

Drying

Vacuum and air drying removes moisture that causes bubbles and stringing in flexible prints.

Compounding & Extrusion

Twin-screw compounding for color and hardness, then precision single-screw extrusion.

Diameter Control

Laser gauging with closed-loop feedback holds ±0.03 mm tolerance through the whole spool.

Spooling

Precision winding keeps tension constant and feeding tangle-free, run after run.

QC & Packaging

Weight, color and visual checks before vacuum sealing with desiccant.
