Shanghai, September 2026 — FILAMENT LAB Co., Ltd. has completed the installation of four additional extrusion lines, raising monthly production capacity for TPU filament to 120 tonnes.
The expansion adds closed-loop laser diameter measurement, automated weight control and in-line colour inspection on every line. Custom colour turnaround is expected to shorten from 20 days to 15 days after sample confirmation.
"This is step one of our material diversification roadmap," said the operations lead. "The same infrastructure supports PLA, PETG, ABS and engineering materials as we release them."
Distributors and OEM customers are welcome to book scheduled capacity for the coming quarters.
