Material Overview
PETG combines the ease of printing found in PLA with the strength, durability and chemical resistance of engineered materials. Its low shrinkage and excellent layer adhesion make it a reliable all-rounder for functional parts, containers and outdoor use, and it can be printed near-transparent.
Properties
- Density 1.27 g/cm3; tensile strength 50 MPa; elongation at break 50%+; excellent chemical and moisture resistance; near-zero warpage; available in transparent and opaque grades.

Printing Parameters
- Print temperature: 230-250 deg C; bed: 70-80 deg C; speed: 25-50 mm/s; nozzle 0.4mm; dry at 65 deg C for 4h; avoid excessive cooling to preserve transparency and bonding.
