TPU 65A is our most flexible FDM filament. With 65A shore hardness and 570% elongation at break, it behaves like real rubber, making it the first choice for wearables, soft robotics and pressure-sensitive parts. Spooled consistently at 1.75mm with a +-0.03mm tolerance.

Recommended Settings
Print speed 15-30 mm/s; nozzle >=0.4mm; retraction <2mm or direct drive; dry before printing.
